I stopped in with my concerns with my car, they listened and scheduled an appt. The next day the problems were assessed and repairs were advised. I gave them the go ahead and my car was ready for pick up at and scheduled an appt. The next day the problems were assessed and repairs were advised. I wanted two tie rods ends greased because they have grease zerks on them and I was told we don't do that. I've never heard of that when you get your vehicle serviced that's part of it. grease zerks on them and I was told we don't do that.
