I’ve had my escape in for oil changes for about 10 years. My daughter had her explorer in for an oil change last week. The “cover” they remove for the oil change came off in her way home from a 16 hour h My daughter had her explorer in for an oil change last week. She brought her car and 2 toddlers in to fix their mistake and they charged her $4? Really?? More

Not impressed at all with the knowledge of the sakes people. Very unhappy with my order that did not include a basic engine block heater that I need it in the winter. It wasn't even listed on my window sticker. I am a professional seasoned driver and my 2024 Ram 1500 Hemi Etorque is not getting even 19 miles per gallon. Salesperson and the Ram people claim it gets 21 MPG on the highway.i cruised it from Dodge Center to Illinois on 2 trips driving the speed limit and my MPG WAS 17.9- 18.0 More
