I have dealt with many salesmen and Brandon was by far the best I have worked with. Made the whole experience so simple, he held my hand through the whole process and made sure I was comfortable the entir the best I have worked with. Went into express which I was told to do when I called in and was told there wasn't time to check my battery. Went back to express at a later time and man sitting in service dept was very rude about me comin and was told there wasn't time to check my battery. Went back to express at a later time and man sitting in service dept was very rude about me coming in and said 'well you didn't talk to me' I called 3 hrs after dropping it off and heard him in the background saying 'well she didn't have an appt so we had to sneak her in' More
