It would have been a 5 if they would have ordered the correct part the first time ( the parts were oredred wrong 2 times for the same part ). Also i was without a vehicle to drive for 6 days. My appointm correct part the first time ( the parts were oredred wrong 2 times for the same part ). Also i was without a vehicle to drive for 6 days. My appointment was made for friday. Them knowing i was going to drop it off the night before they should've had a vehicle waiting for me to drive home. They had no vehicle availble at all any of the days i was without my truck. More
