I purchased this vehicle as a wholesale from Dealer to Dealer. Before purchasing I was told it had 180 point inspection which I would think a simple tail light and brake light would be in that inspection. Dealer. The used car manager made a fuss about fixing the tail light for my daughter Before leaving wasn’t going to do it until I asked several times. And the salesman told me he was going to detail a vehicle before we picked it up, which was never done. Was just not a great experience. I get it. I’m a wholesaler but when you tell me you’re going to do something. I would think that you would follow through with what you say you’re going to do. I do appreciate the fact that they finally did fix the blinker and tail light since we were driving an hour and a half back, but it would’ve been so much easier just to replace it without the argument. More

I got my car earlier than expected which was wonderful. Cristina knew I had a bad experience at another dealership and although she never said anything negative about the other place, she made sure I had a good experience with Owatonna Ford. My warranty covered almost everything, but the rest out of pocket costs was very reasonable. Also the paperwork I received after my car was done is very easy to understand, readable, and was not covered in grease. Owatonna Ford was clean. I will definitely be back!!
