Great Service We bought our Lincoln MKZ in Champaign,IL. It wasn't always convenient to take the car in for maintenance with it being over an hour drive. Just 8 We bought our Lincoln MKZ in Champaign,IL. It wasn't always convenient to take the car in for maintenance with it being over an hour drive. Just 8 miles away from our house is Dorsett Ford in Marshall, Il. We thought we would give them a try. We've done business with them for several oil changes on the MKZ and our new Ford truck, recall issues, and a quirky problem with the battery that they stayed on top of and resolved. Josh Clark, the Service Manager, goes over the top to ensure you leave taken care of and that you are satisfied, Shane in service has always been very accommodating as he worked with us. We can't say enough at how pleased we are and so thankful that we gave them a shot at servicing our vehicles. Great guys to deal with! More
