We were visiting the Crawford County Humane Society in Robinson Il. While we were there, our tire pressure monitor light went on. My husband found a nail in one of the tires, and the tire pressure was 22psi. We went to Silverthorne Ford to see if they could help us. These people could not have been nicer. They were going to patch the tire, but Geoffrey discovered some large cracks on the inside of the tire. We were shocked since we had just had our tires rotated by our mechanic, and he never said anything. Jordan was surprised the tire hadn't blown. It could have been a bad accident if the tire had blown while we were driving at highway speeds. Even though the mechanics were busy, they took the time to replace the damaged tire. Geoffrey inspected the other 3 tires, and the other 3 were beginning to get cracks in them as well. This is a Ford dealer and we have a Toyota, so it was really nice they were willing to help us instead of sending us elsewhere. We live in Minnesota and we're on our way back. We forgot to take pictures of the tire to show our mechanic. Makayla was nice enough to send us some photos. We were just so amazed at the kindness and customer service we were provided by everyone at the dealership. Jordan, Geoffrey, Makayla, and Bailey really stood out. Bailey spent a lot of time showing my husband the owner's Hellcat he was detailing while we waited. We couldn't have been happier with the service everyone provided. We would highly recommend you take your vehicle there if you need any service.

I strongly recommend anyone that has a bad experience to post, not only here, but all socia platforms, and better business bureau! Do not use this company, unless you want your vehicle damaged when they assess it for trade in, and then try to screw you over with a “new” trade in appraisal that still leaves you owing money in a vehicle they damaged. Only to be told, they don’t even want to try running the loan, because they can’t make a deal work for the trade in. THAT THEY DAMAGED! HORRENDOUS, SHADY DEALERSHIP!!! Service department is just as bad, take any vehicle with warranty into their shop, you are going to be met with, they can’t find an issue! Most of these reviews, are from people the sales dept knows!

The service staff were very kind and professional taking care of my elantra and teaching me the proper way to secure my power cables and where. After purchasing several vehicles from this dealership, and working with previous service manager’s Josh Clark is by far the worst I have ever attempted to work with. On one visit I overheard him being rude with another customer on my next visit he refused to even speak with me about my vehicle. I attempted to contact the service department for a week by because I was out of town and only reached an answering machine each time. I left multiple messages and he refused to call me back. As a result of this individual they have lost a good customer and I personally would not recommend them to anyone in the future.

The dealership is now Bob Burkle Ford. Looking for a new F-150, I went to the nearest dealer first. Salesperson was Lynn Stewart. Very helpful, professional, and surprised me with a better than expected price. But since it is a small dealership I was convinced better deals were out there. I went to two larger dealerships in larger cities only to find that they did not match the effort or the price of Lynn at Bob Burkle Ford. We spent a few days negotiaing trade in values, options, etc. and were able to strike a deal that made us both happy. I'll be a repeat customer.

I had my service trucks serviced on 9/16/16. I had the oil / filter change and the fuel filter changed on our diesel, drove less then 100 miles and it burst into flames. What happened? It is a new truck that is completly stock and only been serviced by a dealer.
