My car was left outside with the window down (the problem it was there for in the first place) during terrible rain storms. When asked if my car hadn't been brought into the garage till Tuesday when my appointment was Monday Ashley said she hoped that wasn't the case since it had rained but that my car hadn't been checked in till Tuesday at 10:30 which would indicate it might've. She said she hoped that wasn't the case which left me questioning the state of my car. Despite this incident I still paid my bill even though clearly the leather interior would be affected and honesty and promptness were not being used. More

Everyone was nice and polite, but I wasn't told ahead of time that I would have to pay for the service. It was the first oil change in my new car.
