Overall experience over the two times we've brought my son's car in has been fair. The work done was to expectation and resolved the issue, but communication has been poor. Both times the car was kept much longer than expected and we had to keep reaching out for updates. Also this last time when my son came to pick up his car, the tire pressure warning light was on and his tire was quite low. I had him turn around, come back to your dealership to add air. After servicing the car and having it for over two weeks, he shouldn't be leaving with a warning light. More

-Asked for oil change and visual check of tires and suspension. -Oil change was fine -there was no mention of the tires or suspension inspection. -I had to ask the cashier about the tires because I had suspension. -Oil change was fine -there was no mention of the tires or suspension inspection. -I had to ask the cashier about the tires because I hadn't seen my advisor or gotten a reply to my texts. -2 tires were in critical need of replacement. 2 tires having more severe wear is indicative of a suspension issue. -I took the vehicle to another shop the same day after picking up at oxmoor and the other shop immediately identified visually obvious suspension issues that are being fixed. -I lost confidence in oxmoors multi point inspection / courtesy inspection because they were going to let my wife and children ride in a car with severely worn tires without mentioning the danger.
