Our experience was the typical car dealership. It took hours to test drive, talk numbers, and sign paperwork. The difference this time was our sales representative. We were greeted by Kenneth Brown at the front door and he sat with us and we discussed what we were looking for in a vehicle and the two vehicles we wanted to look at. Kenneth is very friendly, listened to what we were looking for and answered all of our questions. Kenneth made this experience the most pleasant vehicle purchase that we have experienced. Robert Berger walked us through the financing and additional paperwork and he is very friendly, answered our questions, and helped make our experience as pleasant as he could as we felt we were signing our life away. The sales manager never showed me what I acutally paid for the car, they just kept playing the payment amount game. Now that there is a question about an amount that they "deducted from the sale price" I for the car, they just kept playing the payment amount game. Now that there is a question about an amount that they "deducted from the sale price" I have no proof if they did or not. The finance person said "he had a discount code" to reduce the gap insurance. In reality he just lowered the sales price cost. Why wouldn't they just say that? Why would they make up a story? More
