The online sales manager and sales person were great. They rushed the vehicle through service to have it clean and ready for me. When it came time to talk prices, the GM - Hana Choi- was aggressive, cold, and refused to budge one penny on the price listing of the vehicle. She ruined the experience for me. She claims you have to pay $600 for a special services fee for oil changes and services whether you need or want it. I live 3 1/2 hours away and will not be back in the area to ever utilize it. They stated they legally could not remove it, yet refused to lower the price of the vehicle by that amount or raise the amount of money they were giving for my trade in to make it fair. The GM then told me that they "already gave me more money for my trade in." Stating they gave me $1000 more for it than they should, when there was no prior negotiating on my trade price and it was the first and only offer they had given me for it. She made me feel threatened to take it or leave it, but they were not negotiating at all. It took many hours at the dealership to get everything squared away. My sales person was dealing with 3 sales at the same time and we had to keep waiting for our turn, making us feel like we were just a number and the sale was unimportant to them. Several locals at a nearby restaurant also told me that they are known for not negotiating at all and recommended going to Lexington to purchase a vehicle. Not sure if I would ever buy from here again. More

Trey (Deliver Expert) went through all the vehicle features before we left and even wore white gloves while working through the screens, buttons, etc. We are still working through issues with Bluelink but the on-line help has been great. I took my ‘21 Sonata in for a service recall. It has been a great car with absolutely no other issues. The entire service department was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to assist. Since I had been considering an SUV, I thought I would look at the ‘26 Santa Fe after I dropped off the Sonata. I had every intention of just “looking”, but after driving the Santa Fe and seeing the amount of space and features, we decided to take advantage of a current sales offer. Tre went to work for us and got the best price for the Sonata and the Santa Fe. Robert in Finance, enthusiastically tried to offer us a warranty package, but as we explained, after previously owning three Hyundai products and Hyundai’s great warranty, we wouldn’t be buying another one if we had issues with them. In the end, Jameson patiently took the time to show us some of the many, many features on the Santa Fe. Overall, the entire day was enjoyable experience. More

My salesman Joey was great. The only downside was that I was all ready for my 2023 Palisade Calligraphy, and at the last minute he wasn’t able to sell it to me due to a recall. He was, however, able to get me into a 2026 Santa Fe. It doesn’t have as many upgrades as the Calligraphy, but it’s still very nice. More
