Service appts are very so far into the future. Once I actually had an appt., my issue was not fixable. this took 3 hrs. to access and explain. Now, I'm 2 weeks past that appt. with no responses Once I actually had an appt., my issue was not fixable. this took 3 hrs. to access and explain. Now, I'm 2 weeks past that appt. with no responses to 2 seperate emails for rescheduled appt. May have to try another dealership although this is 5 miles. Dissapointed. More
The most ridiculous customer service experience. After inquiry it took two days and 5 phone calls to get basic information regarding a vehicle advertised at $90,000. First they wouldn't call back a woman, so I had a man call and he got more response. They didn't even know their own advertised price and tried to jack it higher than that. Then after going all the way to the awful GM, the vehicle suddenly became "pending sale" because we told her about the poor treatment we'd received. DO NOT use these people. More
