The most ridiculous customer service experience. After inquiry it took two days and 5 phone calls to get basic information regarding a vehicle advertised at $90,000. First they wouldn't call back a woman, so I had a man call and he got more response. They didn't even know their own advertised price and tried to jack it higher than that. Then after going all the way to the awful GM, the vehicle suddenly became "pending sale" because we told her about the poor treatment we'd received. DO NOT use these people. More

Deandre our salesman was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our our many questions when comparing different models. When I picked up my vehicle Spencer helped me set up my apple car play and explained every single button in the car including an app on my phone for electric start ect. I took my car in for an oil change and AC issues. Despite my informing them of the issues concerning my AC, the amount of time the various issues have been occurring and the progression of said issue Despite my informing them of the issues concerning my AC, the amount of time the various issues have been occurring and the progression of said issues, they were unable to identify any mechanical problems (which would have been under warranty). Instead, they ran (so they said) various diagnostic tests only to find it needed recharging. This whole process took two days and cost me $500 for a recharge. The ultimate problem will be (and it will) that they haven't properly addressed the actual issue and when it reappears (and it will) they might then be able to acknowledge that it was not just a freon issue but mechanical as well and I will be out the original $500 for a recharge. Lesson learned, if you have any real mechanical related issues with your vehicle do not take it Oxmoor Hyundai. More
