And he was Funny!! Dakota found insurance for us quite a bit cheaper, and even helped find a plan for our 18yr old who wasn't even there. He was fantastic! Katie finished our loan docs, she was super nice and got us in and out pretty quickly. The entire staff from start to finish was fantastic! I will definitely be back in the future:) More
I had my car service due to a recall and because it was stolen. I was charged for glass cleanup and and all the glass wasn't cleaned up. If you want a dealership to care about your car, don't go to this one. More
I wanted a new Tucson SEL and I knew the price out the door I wanted to give for it. I called several dealers within 100 miles. I had several call me back and I was within $500 once of buying one. Oxmoor called and said they had what I wanted and would sell it for the price I offered out the door. We lived too far away to make the drive that evening but we went the next morning. When we got there the next morning, it was sold. I was extremely upset to say the least. I thought, here we go, bait and switch! They proceeded to offer me another car, not the colors I wanted or AWD like they priced. No! They were nice and I tried to stay calm. They made some phone calls and found exactly what I wanted in Indiana at another dealership. They sold it to me for the price they promised. They went to Indiana, picked it up and delivered it to my home the next day. The car had 240 miles on it by the time they got it to me but it did have a full tank of gas. It was an emotional roller coaster for a bit and I didn't sleep any that night but they did as they said. I got my car and I am happy. Don Bartsch, the salesman, delivered it to me and went over all the buttons, options and even hooked my phone up. Everything worked out in the end and that is all that really matters. More
