Service appts are very so far into the future. Once I actually had an appt., my issue was not fixable. this took 3 hrs. to access and explain. Now, I'm 2 weeks past that appt. with no responses Once I actually had an appt., my issue was not fixable. this took 3 hrs. to access and explain. The most ridiculous customer service experience. After inquiry it took two days and 5 phone calls to get basic information regarding a vehicle advertised at $90,000. Then after going all the way to the awful GM, the vehicle suddenly became "pending sale" because we told her about the poor treatment we'd received. DO NOT use these people. More
