Good times..... Believe it ! I've had several horrible experiences with dealerships before and like most people HATE to shop for a new car. I was greeted by Tony Wilson at Oxmoor Hyundai and he showed me various models they had and pointed out the features. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I decided to purchase the car the same day but did not pick it up until the day after and he had it cleaned, gassed up and ready to go and again went through all the features and how to use them. He said he would be available any time it I had more questions. Tony made purchasing my new car easy and pleasant. More

Great Buying Experience I found a vehicle through cargurus.com that was located at the Oxmoor Hyundai dealership, so I drove through Louisville specifically to test drive it. I found a vehicle through cargurus.com that was located at the Oxmoor Hyundai dealership, so I drove through Louisville specifically to test drive it. When I arrived at the dealership TJ Gritton and Eric Hawkins welcomed me and helped me to test drive and review the car I had come to see, as well as a couple of others when I was not ready to buy that one. They put me in their VIP program and it made the entire process very easy! I did locate one that very day that was within my budget, and was a very well-maintained, "like new" 2015 RAV4, AWD. They even took the time to find out what features I wanted most, and I discovered that the one things I most wanted (heated seats) was easy and affordable to add, aftermarket. They were wonderful! More

Having trouble with used car purchased here. Bought an 07 Santa Fe. Fuel sensor did not work the day we drove it off the lot. Tony said he would call us later to see if the problem "fixes itself.
