Great Experience with Eric Apel I went online just looking for another car although I only had 1 year left on it was a Ford 500 over 100,000 miles and i was starting to spend money o I went online just looking for another car although I only had 1 year left on it was a Ford 500 over 100,000 miles and i was starting to spend money on it and once you start spending never stops. I looked online at some cars that interested me and was contacted by Tony Wilson via internet and we setup a time for me to look at cars. My salesman Eric Apel was awesome when I was on the test drive he was very honest about the features and what sold me was the gas mileage and it would be less expensive. He really worked to get me a deal , yeah I paid a little more than I wanted but I have a remaining warranty and I really love my Hyundai Sonata. I had to take it back for a few small things but Eric made sure that I had a good replacement vehicle until my repairs were done. I would highly recommend Eric he's AWESOME. Joe "Turtle" Ratclff is THE BEST I've been to Hyundai a total of about 4 times between 2013 - 2015. Hyundai Elantra GT Upon my arrival I was hoping to get to a Veloster. It was just interesting how I was able to get financed for one vehicle only. Although I had highl Upon my arrival I was hoping to get to a Veloster. It was just interesting how I was able to get financed for one vehicle only. Although I had highly favored the Veloster, I truly believe that they have given me the better vehicle despite my poor credit. I was able to get the GT with no money down and no trade in too. Even though the interest is VERY HIGH I'm very satisfied with the number that was presented to me. I have an intention of trading in the vehicle to get another once my credit score increases, credit history improves and the number of inquires are down. Hopefully the result will be similar but with a better interest rate. Everyone was professional, courteous and very attentive to my needs. I will enjoy the Hyundai ELANTRA GT for the next couple of years until I get into a Genesis Coupé or Saloon (Sedan). Thanks again!! More

Salesman aka Jerk! I did not leave with the car I originally showed interest in when I spoke with Tony at Oxmoor Hyundai. He was my first and original contact from the m I did not leave with the car I originally showed interest in when I spoke with Tony at Oxmoor Hyundai. He was my first and original contact from the moment I showed interest through their website. I told him that I was specifically interested in two accents they had at a great deal for that I had seen on their website and he said he would look into the status of their availability. He said that if something went wrong, i.e. they had already been sold before 430, that he would call me back and let me know. I arrived at Oxmoor Hyundai and Tony had told me upon my arrival that the two cars I was interested in were not available and one had been in an accident. His salesman was too pushy about a Chevy Cruze they had available and I didn't want, he ran my credit the first time without telling me, and didn't tell me what my terms for the brand new 2016 elantra I ended up buying. They tried to sell me the brand new '16 Elantra saying that there were no other years of the Elantra on their lot (even though I had seen one with my own eyes when I was test driving the Cruze). That same salesman was not a friendly guy in general and I will never let them treat me like that ever again. It was my first time buying a car from a dealership and they took advantage of me. I love my Elantra but I was nowhere near pleased with the salesman. Paul, the guy in finance, on the other hand, was very friendly and if he were my salesman instead of the one I actually had I would have been an all-around happy girl. Now my bank account will be suffering for 6 years because no one told me what my terms were until last second. I of course take partial credit for what happened but now I know what to do and what not to do. More
