I spent a lot of time with Mike, and he was very knowledgeable and patient with me, even though I asked A LOT of questions. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision, and I think that is what ultimately led me to purchase from Mike specifically. Coming into oxmoor Mazda was a much better experience than other dealerships, and I will definitely be back if/when I purchase another vehicle. More

Happy Customer I received several pre-approvals and was extremely skeptical with the fact that i was almost positive I would not be approved. After two emails, two I received several pre-approvals and was extremely skeptical with the fact that i was almost positive I would not be approved. After two emails, two letters and two phone calls later....I finally went to check it out. Needless to say, we made a purchase! I had my kids with me and our sales person made sure to get us in and out as quickly as possible! I will be returning to Oxmoor Mazda for any future purchases! More

Good Service, Nice selection of new cars in the Lot. I went there looking to buy the new Mazda6. The salesperson i met, Lawrence, was new at the dealership but was very helpful. He showed me a few cars, I went there looking to buy the new Mazda6. The salesperson i met, Lawrence, was new at the dealership but was very helpful. He showed me a few cars, prices and we took one for a drive. I think the first car was like a "demo" car that had more miles than a new car should; so i asked them if they could find me a new one with a specific exterior, interior color, and features and after a while they brought one up that was Exactly what i was looking for. This one was definitely brand new and i test drove it, and loved it. Note: Do your research and read the fine print (especially on the websites of dealers). I thought the price of the new Mazda6 was going to be pretty low based on online research but found out that the fine print in the bottom of those sites included all kinds of b.s discounts that would only apply to less that 1% of the customers that would walk in the dealership. Regardless....the manager and sales person were professional, and dealt with patience; we got the numbers to where we liked and closed the deal. Some cons: the first car i tested was missing a little cap on the 12v outlet (it was marked as a new car) and when i asked "shouldn't that have a cap on it?" i was told that no that's just how it is. When i drove a new car after this one, this new car had the cap. Little things..... Overall satisfied. Would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Seamless car buying experience I came in for a Mazda 3 unsure of what to expect.
