This company refused to assist with a paint peeling problem on my rav4 even when contacted by Toyota USA. They also refused to assist the Independent body shop recommended by Toyota USA. Great customer problem on my rav4 even when contacted by Toyota USA. They also refused to assist the Independent body shop recommended by Toyota USA. Great customer service! Why does'nt Toyota pull their franchise? Will never recommend this company for sales or service. More

This dealership must have so much business they do care how they treat you. Rude, impatient, etc, etc. Yes, I called ahead and made an appointment to test drive ahead of time. I will not buy an auto how they treat you. Rude, impatient, etc, etc. Yes, I called ahead and made an appointment to test drive ahead of time. I will not buy an automobile from this dealership ever, and none of the related dealerships that are owned by same principals. I was a cash buyer for an automobile that test drove for over $32,000 before tax. I have been treated better at Best Buy buying a $39.99-$49.99 case for my IPhone. I will be writing that big fat check to another dealership. I will inform all of my friends and family of this horrible horrible experience. More
My experiences with this service department is that they are unscrupulous. Such behaviors start at the top and filter down to the service reps that deal directly with customers. Saw a car listed online @Oxmoor Toyota for sale that I really wanted. Carfax said no wrecks/ damage. When I got there to test drive the car, there was a small dent in the hood and the front clip was scrat really wanted. Carfax said no wrecks/ damage. When I got there to test drive the car, there was a small dent in the hood and the front clip was scratched and hanging on one side. When I asked the salesaman about it his response was" I didn't do it" and told me it could be fixed easily. I decided a few days later to purchase the car and fix the damage. When I arrived to pick it up there was additional damage to the driver door. A dent right in the center of the driver and passenger door and scratches down the entire driver side. I almost left the car there. Again, the salesaman was rude and told me he'd stayed overtime for me to pick the car up and he was going home. He gave me a number to a body repair man and said he'd be able to fix all of the damage for under $1,000. This person never answered my calls. I called Oxmoor the next day after reviewing photos on their website that clearly showed the driver side without damage. The " head of sales" told me to bring it in and they would buff the side of the car but he would put little effort into it and couldn't guarantee what it would look like afterwards. Instead, I got an estimate to fix the damage properly. The clip wasn't the only damage to the front end. The frame is actually pushed in, the hood doesn't latch properly, running light is dangling and I've almost lost the grill twice because it's just sitting in there with nothing holding it in. The dent in the door can't just be popped out because of where it's located. So, I'm stuck with a car that has significant damage and was treated like my business with them was unappreciated/ even unwanted. I'm seriously considering contacting an attorney to see if there's anything legal that can be done to stop this place from lying and dishonest sales practices More
