Bad service I made a drive from another county for service. While there discussed with advisor about replacing 2 tires. Advisor said they would mount 2 new tire I made a drive from another county for service. While there discussed with advisor about replacing 2 tires. Advisor said they would mount 2 new tires Michelin on back and move my 2 best Bridgestone to front. I had 2 Bridgestone with less miles than the other 2. Arrive home and found the 2 new tires were mounted on the front. Now I don't know which 2 Bridgestone tires were removed. Do I have two of the best ? Service Manager didn't return my call. I ended up talking to assistant manger in service. He said new tires should be on the back but if tread was near the same really didn't matter. Dumb remark. How could 2 brand new tires and 2 with 62,000 miles have same tread ? Left message for advisor to return my call. Haven't heard from him. Now I have to make another trip to have mistake corrected. The men should be embarrassed to have a woman find their mistake. More
Poor service I had an appointment to have my 2010 Toyota Camry trunk fixed on 9:45 am on 10/22/18. I dropped the car off and they shuttled me to work.At 5:00 pm they hadn't called. So, I called them and they said it didn't get done because they had "bigger" jobs to do. They couldn't get to mine even with an appointment. They gave me a loaner car at no cost. They called me the next morning at 7:45 am to let me know that my brakes were bad too. I firmly said I only wanted fixed what I brought it in for. When I picked it up the price was $100 more than what was quoted to me. Don't go there for any service work. They only care about their time and not yours and to get the most of your money.. More

Bad place for anything Bought a car there. Said they would scedual a appt for a service/multipoint since was a used car. There was no appt when my wife got there and it's be Bought a car there. She asked about when it will be looked at/Done and they said theres no time frame and not been looked at. Noting we live a hour away. This is a disappointment and not right. Can’t believe they let me leave the lot with NO gas! EMPTY!! I bought a great car between two salespeople. While test driving, I seen it was almost empty. Shady customer service and keeping secrets I don't have an option of giving them 0 star. Hide MSRP and never let you know about the APR. We were looking for a another car and called and told Doug was no longer employed there! Well then we no longer will have our service done there and sure won’t buy or recommend them to anyone. Sounds like the old oxmoor Toyota that done us wrong is back! More

I came into the dealership wanting out of a lease that was just not the right car for me. Doug Wolford, the lease purchasing agent went right to work. Set me up with a salesperson Matt and off we went on a test drive. I come back and we had a long way to go before I was going to be able to drive away in this new 18 Camry that I had already fallen in love with. We finally arrived at an agreeable sale and I have to say again everyone who worked on this deal was incredible and I would highly recommend this dealership. I know a lot of times reviews are negative and we never hear of the good experiences but I wanted to take the time to express my very positive experience at Oxmoor Toyota. More
