Dominick is not your "typical" salesman which makes this LONG process so much more bearable! I felt no pressure in fact before we even started he began talking about his twins & asking about our makes this LONG process so much more bearable! I felt no pressure in fact before we even started he began talking about his twins & asking about our kids. This wasn't just a sale to him and you can instantly feel that! I only have one complaint....he refused to throw in one of his kids with the sale, very selfish of him beins he has 2! ;) hope to see you in 3 years....I've leased 6 cars in my lifetime and you are a class act! This is my second new car purchased from Oxmoor Toyota and in both instances, the negotiations were fair, professional, and friendly. I just purchased a 2014 Toyota Camry LE from Tyrone Cottrell and he we and in both instances, the negotiations were fair, professional, and friendly. I just purchased a 2014 Toyota Camry LE from Tyrone Cottrell and he went out of his way to give me the best deal possible, without making it adversarial and was able to accommodate my needs for a great car at a fair price. Tyrone worked with us on pricing to get us into the vehicle we were looking for; a Toyota Highlander.at a competitive price. We will definitely visit with Tyrone in the future when looking for a vehicle. Tyrone had a couple of trainees who were also very friendly, curtious and very polite. Our visit to Oxmoor Toyota and experience with Tyrone and his team was very enjoyable as it gets when purchasing a car vehicle. On a separate note, I have purchased several vehicles from Oxmoor Toyota and have found the Service Department very customer oriented and competent. Our Toyota Camry reached over 402,000 miles before a deer decided it was time to get a new vehicle. Otherwise, I feel we would still have our Toyota Camry. More

Sales person was nice until he got the check. Told me vehicle was made in Japan. It's made in Korea. Said he would help with certain things, and call me back! Did not. I have not bought a car from a dealer before and it went much smoother than I had anticipated. The salesman was very helpful and the only thing I did not get that I wanted was an remote door opener and clos much smoother than I had anticipated. The salesman was very helpful and the only thing I did not get that I wanted was an remote door opener and closer (But Tyrone did hook me up to the service department to ask for it.). It seems that the auto I have does have it available. Everyone was very friendly and I felt that they personally wanted to assist me in getting a reliable means of transportation, at a low interest and and payments that fit in my budget.
