He went out of his way to offer me excellent service (filled the car with gas before the test drive), offered to get me coffee and completed the financing for me so I didn't have to wait!!! I went online to look at used cars, filled out the information and within just a couple minutes Tyrone called me. We discussed what I wanted and set up an appointment. I had some time earlier in the day so I decided to just walk in. Tyrone discussed my needs, the dreaded money and within just a very short bit, went to get the "perfect car" for me. He said "I think I have just what you need" and was gone in a flash. He came back around with a PT Cruiser. I loved it! We drove it and in just a little while it is mine. Tyrone answered all my questions and was very patient as I ask more. When I found a problem with the car, he ran it back to service to find out what was going on. (Gas cap was loose causing the engine light to come on). I would recommend Oxmoor Toyota to anyone, but if you are going, be sure to look up Tyrone.
