I want to personally say that this is my second vehicle purchase from Oxmoor! I came back to Oxmoor because of Dominick Barksdale. My wife and I have build a working relationship with Dominick. I went online to look at used cars, filled out the information and within just a couple minutes Tyrone called me. We discussed what I wanted and set up an appointment. I had some time earlier in the d information and within just a couple minutes Tyrone called me. We discussed what I wanted and set up an appointment. I had some time earlier in the day so I decided to just walk in. Tyrone discussed my needs, the dreaded money and within just a very short bit, went to get the "perfect car" for me. He said "I think I have just what you need" and was gone in a flash. He came back around with a PT Cruiser. I loved it! We drove it and in just a little while it is mine. Tyrone answered all my questions and was very patient as I ask more. When I found a problem with the car, he ran it back to service to find out what was going on. (Gas cap was loose causing the engine light to come on). I would recommend Oxmoor Toyota to anyone, but if you are going, be sure to look up Tyrone. He is one of the best car salesmen I have ever dealt with. More

Deceiving sales service. Treated me as if I were stupid! I am still trying to get the Toyota Tacoma I have leased and keep getting the run around!! Never a straight answer and when I have one it is a lie! W I am still trying to get the Toyota Tacoma I have leased and keep getting the run around!! Never a straight answer and when I have one it is a lie! When we first talked they had 14 of the trucks I wanted available in the region, the minute I put the money down, they didn't have any anymore. Went last week, signed all the paperwork everything ready to lease a silver Toyota Tacoma, got all the paperwork on the specific truck, including VIN and everything. Was told I would have the truck in a couple of days since it was just 3 hours away. Now guess what? I called today and they don't have that truck anymore! Whaaaat???? Seems to me they don't want to sell! I feel completely disrespected as a customer and completely lost trust in this dealership! Save yourself the hassle of begging to get their vehicles and go somewhere where you are valued! Because you will definitely not find this here. This is my last try before I request to cancel everything and get the money I have already put down back! I am tired of them selling me stuff they don't have just for me to call them back and be told that what I has been previously told was a lie! We have been trying to buy this truck for almost a month now!!!!! Ridiculous!!!! Unnacepctable!!! Completely disappointed! And I am not a picky customer! I just want to be treated with respect and be given straightforward and real answers!! Never had such a poor sales experience in my life! So DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER!!!! More

I drove 2 hours to this dealership to purchase a used 2012 Kia Soul. All of my expectations were fulfilled during my experience, thanks to Lakin Hatton!
