Went into the dealership to purchase a Prius and I was working a sales representative by the name of John... he would not give me his card. He was very pushy, rude, and disrespectful. I complained to Craig Gray and he blow off the complaint. They was trying to give me a bad deal and when I pointed out the problems with the deal "John" became very rude. I would not recommend going to this dealership for any reason. More

I am the the proud owner of a new Toyato 4Runner. Our sales person was Tyrone Conttrell. One of the most friendly and knowledgable sales person I have ever had to deal with. Gave a tour of the whole facility before completing the sale. Dominic was excellent to work with! The price of the vehicle, and quality (mileage, cleanliness, appearance, etc) of the vehicle that I purchased wase far superior to other dealerships that I considered. Everyone at this dealership was very friendly and helpful. We were treated with the greatest of respect at all times. My husband & I looked for 8 months for an SUV within 100 miles of Louisville. The day of our purchase, we looked at 5 or 6 places, and Oxmoor Toyota was our last stop of the day. He never pushed and gave my husband & I plenty of time to consider our decision.
