I cannot say enough good things about Donna. I have been working with her for a few years and it is so nice to have a person who I see so seldomly know me by name whenever I walk in. She is always accommoda working with her for a few years and it is so nice to have a person who I see so seldomly know me by name whenever I walk in. She is always accommodating on getting my car in, provides me helpful feedback on what my car might need during each visit and makes sure that it stays in perfect shape so that I can keep driving my Sequoia. But the most important thing is that she is always smiling. While she is a great Oxmoor Toyota representative, she is more importantly a wonderful person and I won't take my car to anyone else as long as she's there. More

I am giving kudos to Donna Skaggs who keeps me coming back to Oxmoor Toyota for service. She is willing to fit me in for service even though I have a tight schedule. I always wait for my car because Oxmoor Toyota provides a very comfortable space to wait and do computer and paper work I need to catch up on. Donna drops by and keeps me updated on what progress is being made. I never wait too long and there are times that I wish they would take their time so I can get more paper work done. About 9 years ago I had a different Camry and went to a different dealership for service and I really liked them. When I bought my Solara convertible from Oxmoor I thought I would try them for service and happened to get Donna as my technician. We just clicked and even though we have very friendly and fun conversations, Donna is one of the most professional people I have encountered. I will continue to visit Oxmoor because I know I can trust Donna to tell me exactly what the problems are with my car. Thanks Donna!!! More

I have been bringing my Toyotas to Oxmoor Toyota since 2007 for service. Donna Skaggs has been my Service Manager on most occasions. Even though Donna knew what I wanted done from the on line questionnaire, she sought me out in the waiting area and made sure that she knew exactly what I wanted. After the service, she explained what had been done and went through the billing with me before taking me to the cashier. I have worked with Donna almost exclusively over the last six years and have never been disappointed. She is a nice lady who goes the extra mile to ensure that the customer is satisfied. Great experience with Lakin Hatton! He was extremely helpful during the process of my wife and i picking out a 2013 Toyota Highlander. We looked at every Highlander on the lot and Lakin was extremely p helpful during the process of my wife and i picking out a 2013 Toyota Highlander. We looked at every Highlander on the lot and Lakin was extremely patient the entire time and really loves his job and the interaction with customers. I have been in Business Sales/Customer service for years and I recognize talent when i see it, Lakin has it! Once we had decided on a specific Highlander, Lakin took my wife and I inside, offered us something to drink, and explained that he was going to complete an application for us and have Matt talk to us about price/Buy vs Lease. Matt complimented us on our strong credit rating and let us know that we qualified for the current promotion of 0% financing and the best possible lease deals. After we made our decision, Lakin took our new car to fill up the tank and have it detailed inside and out. We finished our paperwork and completed the purchase with Robert Jaggers and he explained the optional warranties and coverage that we could add to our new car. Although we did not chose to purchase any of them Robert did a great job of putting a personal testimony to each option which gives a customer a real life experience where having such coverage is useful. We finished the car purchasing experience with an inspection of the car with Matt and Lakin. Once complete, Lakin set up the multimedia system with my phone and gave us a very detailed description of the feature rich system. My wife's current 4runner had low air pressure in one of her tires and when Matt noticed it, he took it into the service area and filled it up for her without us asking, once again just another reason we continue to shop/service at Oxmoor Toyota!
