The overall experience was very professional, courteous and helpful. My wife and I were in the market for either a new Toyota Rav4, Honda CR-V or Mazda CX-5. James Himel was our sales guy, and he was great and helpful. My wife and I were in the market for either a new Toyota Rav4, Honda CR-V or Mazda CX-5. James Himel was our sales guy, and he was great. He did not waste our time with fancy talk. He was straight to the point and was very quick in responding to our price negotiations. We took our time in deciding, and James was very good at being patient and responding to our questions (which lasted more than a week). James was very thorough and answered all the small questions we had. He seemed very sincere and did not come off as aggressive or pushy. We decided to buy the Rav4 on Father's Day - after going through the paperwork with James, I was then led to Steve Whittaker, who was the finance manager. Another professional, courteous guy. He thoroughly went through the payment details, and kept me entertained with small talk. He did not waste my time by trying to sell me things I didn't need. Afterwards, James brought me to the car and explained all the features again. Before I left, the sales manager Craig Gray came out to thank me. Very polite and friendly guy. He did a quick inspection of the car himself, and noticed a dirty spot. So after a quick 2 minutes of cleaning, I left with my new car. From paperwork to drive off - less than 90 minutes. We seriously considered all three vehicles (RAV4, CRV, CX-5). We had a small preference for the RAV4. I do have to say that the people we dealt with at this dealership was significantly better than those for the other cars. Again, I cannot emphasize enough how they are courteous, helpful, and professional. More
