Corey was friendly and approachable in helping us find a vehicle that met our needs as well as within our budget needs. I thought the Toyota service will be best comparing to others. But, I had very a worst experience. I left my car for service on the evening. I told them what were the problems with my car and gave my car others. But, I had very a worst experience. I left my car for service on the evening. I told them what were the problems with my car and gave my car key along with bunch of other keys. He told me that the car will be ready next morning. Next morning I got the call from them stating that they don't have my car key and they were searching for it. I got another call that afternoon saying they couldn't find the car key and they have made a duplicate key and fixed the issue. When I told them I had other bunch of keys on it, they said they were looking for it and I can get my car on the evening. On the evening, they made me wait for 20minutes and said that they couldn't find the keys and gave me the duplicate key they made. They said they guy who serviced my card already left and they have to wait for him to return the next day. Next day, they agreed they have lost my key and they said they will reimburse the cost for the new keys. Finally, I had to wait for a week for them to say they wouldn't be able to get me my original Toyota key and all they could do was just a duplicate key and reimburse the cost for my other keys. I had wasted lot times calling and I been to their place 4 times. I never had this worst experience anywhere. May be I was deceived by the name Toyota. More

Initially thought we would replace our 2005 Highlander with a 2013 Highlander. However, in obvserving that we didn't really want many of the features of that highlander, James suggested the RAV4, which with a 2013 Highlander. However, in obvserving that we didn't really want many of the features of that highlander, James suggested the RAV4, which perfectly met our needs. We appreciated his insight and suggestion. He was patient in explaining the various aspects of the navigation system and other features. Our experience was so positive that after buying the RAV4, we decided to replace our 2005 Prius also. He patiently explained the changes that had been made to the Prius and how we would benefit from them. With both cars he explained the phone and navigational features. But more than all this was his pleasant and genuine manner in dealing with us. A top-notch experience. More

Even before I entered the doors of Oxmoor Toyota, my overall impression of the dealership was off to a good start. This dealership has the largest inventory of stock vehicles I have ever seen. (I market overall impression of the dealership was off to a good start. This dealership has the largest inventory of stock vehicles I have ever seen. (I market plasma lighting to dealerships all over the country, and believe me, I have visited quite a few). Prior to visiting, I had already called the dealership and spoken with Jon Stockdale in sales about the type of car I was looking for. He graciously sent me the info I needed via email, and even some pictures by phone of the actual car I was looking at. Upon arrival, I was directed immediately towards the specific model I was shopping for, and all of my questions were answered over the next 20 minutes. From there it was off for a short test drive to demonstrate handling and features. The 2013 Camry SE was definately the car I wanted. I was then taken back to the dealership, and given a very fair trade for my current car. The finance manager, and general manager were very kind and streamlined the transfer and sales process with ease, answering all my questions. Once the paperwork was completed, Mr. Stockdale handed me my keys and then went over a few more details about the car I should know, and even escorted me to the nearest gas station for a complementery fill up. I have had the car a few days now and have rec'd follow up calls from Toyota making sure my statisfaction was exceeded (it was) and to ensure I had no concerns or questions. I don't believe I would have recieved a better deal anywhere else and if you're in the market for a new car or truck, regardless of how far away you live, you can't go wrong with Oxmoor Toyota. More
