Cory was a pleasure to work with. He was efficient, friendly, and thorough. I left some personal belongings in my trade-in, and he found them and set them aside for me to pick up the next day, which wa friendly, and thorough. He didn't haggle back and forth with us on price, he just gave us the bottom line and let us decide whether that worked for us or not. About 6 months ago I wrote a long review about this same dealer on a 2005 Mariner that we bought and the week long run around that truned into a 2 month long run around well with in 6 months of having the M dealer on a 2005 Mariner that we bought and the week long run around that truned into a 2 month long run around well with in 6 months of having the Mariner the transmission went out, steering and other items. The warrenty compainy that Toyota put us with refused to do anything. It became a huge mess! We have twin boys one having a disiblity and could not afford the expenses that the car was giving and a warranty that we paid for that wouldn't cover anything. My husband got in contact with Tyrone Cottrell, Steve Whittaker and Donnie Nelson to try and resolve this problem. Steve Whittaker worked tirelessly to get the warranty company to do the right and couldn't get them to budge so he was able to get us our money back that we paid for that warranty and while Steve Whittaker was working on that end Tyrone Cottrell was working hard to make sure things would be right between us and Toyota and he did it. Tyrone Cottrell was able to put us into a new 2013 Toyota Corola and Donnie Nelson worked even harder to make sure we got the best deal possible on the car and made sure it had better warranty's with it. In less then 24hrs my husband decided he wanted me to drive somthing a little nicer so Tyrone Cottrell and Donnie Nelson bent over backwards to make it happen and Steve Wittaker went a step further for us by fighting to get the best interest rate we could and adding another free year of service. My husband and I are very very happy we have a new car that only has 10 miles on it that is protected, get's great gas miliage, big enough for our 2 year old twins car seats and still has room in the back for a third person if needed and is very nice to drive, speically going from and SUV to a car! I have to say Oxmoor Toyota has won us back with there hard work in making things right after a long long bad experince. Tryone Cottrell, Steve Whittaker, Donnie Nelson will now have PERMINATE CUSTOMERS! Tryonne Cottrell will be the ONLY sale's person we will ever deal with and Donnie Nelson and Steve Whittaker the ONLY people in finance that we will deal with. We are so greatful with how Tryone Cottrell stayed with us every step of the way from the beging trying to clean up another person's mess and helping us with our new GREAT car that I have to make him some chocolate chip cookies. Finally, after challenging the information presented to me, they produced figures that were more realistic. But, they almost lost me as a customer early in the discussion. Once we arrived at an agreement on sales price and trade in, the experience was excellent. Tyrone did an excellent job of assuring all the needs and questions were taken care of. More
I am a single mother looking for a more affordable car. I found exactly what I was looking for on this dealership's website and set up an appointment to look at the car. On arrival, I was greeted by my salesperson, Andrew Jackson, and immediately he retrieved the car that I came to see. He was very professional and extremely friendly. He went over every detail of the car, inside and out, and then we took it on a test drive. Shortly after the test drive, my father came by and again, Andrew went over every detail with my father. Andrew even made the negotiations as pleasant as they could possibly be. Overall, I would say that both my father and I had an exceptional experience purchasing my car. The staff worked to be sure that I got the best rate on financing and the monthly payments I desired. By the time I left, I felt as though I had made a new friend. This is the second car that I have purchased through Oxmoor Toyota. I was there for an oil change with my 2010 Camry SE and went to look at the 2012 Camry is the showroom. Cory was very helpful in showing the highlights of the vehicle and Keith was excellent at explaining the details of leasing. I am now the proud owner/leaser of a 2012 Camry SE. The service department has never been better. Making a reservation is easy and their work has always been completed in a timely manner with never any problems or delays. They very friendly and the prices and coupons will keep me coming back again and again. More

Let me start by saying I love cars. I have owned a lot of them. So by default I have had a lot of dealership experiences (even worked for one during college). This, hands down, was the best, most painless, a them. So by default I have had a lot of dealership experiences (even worked for one during college). This, hands down, was the best, most painless, and even shortest experience I have ever had. In comparison, my second best was a salesman that was the brother of my best friend. He was a great guy, but fumbled the ball non-stop and it required a lot of re-visits to the dealer to sort stuff out. Yet my experience at Oxmoor Toyota started with Corey Morris. He was great. I would describe Corey as almost the perfect mix of laid back, yet on the ball type of person you want in a salesman. Not in your face, but ready at a moments notice when you have questions or need help. Not once did he pull the classic move of dropping hints of guilt if we were to leave without a car. That is a lame move and nobody likes that. Now, while making the deal, it lead to the inevitable meeting of the sales manager that we all dread. You know, the part where the hard baller comes over and talks you into paying way more than you really wanted. Fortunately at Oxmoor they have Donnie Nelson. Good since of humour and once again, a severe lack of trying to give us a guilt trip or a lot of pressure. Do not get me wrong, we were doing business, and there was some back and forth. But never once did I feel like I brought a knife to a gunfight. Lastly, in finance my experience with Steve Whittaker was short, but nice due to the fact that he was willing to postpone most of the final paperwork for us because we had a dinner date to make. Never had a dealer be so cool about letting me skip out with a promise to return and finish up later before, that was nice. We then wrapped up two days later with Johnny Pittman in finance. He said he was the Director back there and Steve was not in yet. Which was fine as he was able to mix in staying on task to get done, while sharing a few stories to keep things relaxed. Great overall experience, and my wife and I know beyond a shadow of a doubt we will be returning to Corey in the future to trade in her truck. Hopefully it will be just as smooth as it was this time.
