Even before I entered the doors of Oxmoor Toyota, my overall impression of the dealership was off to a good start. This dealership has the largest inventory of stock vehicles I have ever seen. (I market plasma lighting to dealerships all over the country, and believe me, I have visited quite a few). Prior to visiting, I had already called the dealership and spoken with Jon Stockdale in sales about the type of car I was looking for. He graciously sent me the info I needed via email, and even some pictures by phone of the actual car I was looking at. Upon arrival, I was directed immediately towards the specific model I was shopping for, and all of my questions were answered over the next 20 minutes. From there it was off for a short test drive to demonstrate handling and features. The 2013 Camry SE was definately the car I wanted. I was then taken back to the dealership, and given a very fair trade for my current car. The finance manager, and general manager were very kind and streamlined the transfer and sales process with ease, answering all my questions. Once the paperwork was completed, Mr. Stockdale handed me my keys and then went over a few more details about the car I should know, and even escorted me to the nearest gas station for a complementery fill up. I have had the car a few days now and have rec'd follow up calls from Toyota making sure my statisfaction was exceeded (it was) and to ensure I had no concerns or questions. I don't believe I would have recieved a better deal anywhere else and if you're in the market for a new car or truck, regardless of how far away you live, you can't go wrong with Oxmoor Toyota. More

Upon arriving at the Dealership, I was greeted by a staff ready to help me with my new car purchase. They were not overly aggressive at all. I test drove 2 a late model as well as a new 2013, I was taken by the new style and comfort of the 2013 as well as, the options. Lakin explained every detail of the car along with the up keep provided by the dealership, and warranty. I feel I made the right choice for me, and my family as well as the decision to deal with a dealership that was very fair, hard working, and above all took care of all my automotive needs.
