I have bought many cars over the last 40 years and this buy new/trade-in experience I had with Oxmoor Toyota Dealership was the most satisfying I have ever had. Andrew Jackson (sales person) was exceptionally easy to work with and his product knowledge was off the charts. When it came time to fill out all of the paper work Lauren Waldman (Finance Manager) made that experience short and sweet and painless. I have owned Toyotas for 17 years but this is the 1st time I have dealt with Oxmoor Toyota. I have always been sold on the cars quality and dependability so in order to get my business Oxmoor Toyota needed to sell me on - car price, trade-in value and assurance I would get the best personal service and car maintenence available. I am confident that is exactly what I will get. Obviously I haven't had to use your Service Dept. yet but, I can assure you the one thing that will make or break a dealership is their "Service Dept.". Had a great experience at Oxmoor Toyota. I was wanting to test drive a Toyota Yaris stick shift. Our local Toyota dealership didn't have a stick shift in stock so I took a drive down to Louisville and stoppe test drive a Toyota Yaris stick shift. Our local Toyota dealership didn't have a stick shift in stock so I took a drive down to Louisville and stopped at Oxmoor. Tyrone Cottrell showed me a couple different Yaris stick shifts. He let me take both out for a spin. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. He shared his expertise and answered my questions without trying to oversell the cars. I was just there for a test drive and wasn't looking to buy. No pressure from Tyrone. I thanked him and was on my way to do more research. A couple weeks later after checking out a few different vehicles I decided that the Yaris was my choice if I could get the price I wanted. I emailed Tyrone and told him I was looking to buy. He rang me up and we talked price. I made him an offer and he said he would do everything he could to get me in that car. He couldn't get me the price I wanted that day but would keep working on it. After some more correspondence a few days later I got the price I had requested. We did this all online and by phone. AND, to SEAL THE DEAL Tyrone agreed to deliver the new Yaris to my front door.
