Had a great experience at Oxmoor Toyota. I was wanting to test drive a Toyota Yaris stick shift. Our local Toyota dealership didn't have a stick shift in stock so I took a drive down to Louisville and stoppe test drive a Toyota Yaris stick shift. Our local Toyota dealership didn't have a stick shift in stock so I took a drive down to Louisville and stopped at Oxmoor. Tyrone Cottrell showed me a couple different Yaris stick shifts. He let me take both out for a spin. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. He shared his expertise and answered my questions without trying to oversell the cars. I was just there for a test drive and wasn't looking to buy. No pressure from Tyrone. I thanked him and was on my way to do more research. A couple weeks later after checking out a few different vehicles I decided that the Yaris was my choice if I could get the price I wanted. I emailed Tyrone and told him I was looking to buy. He rang me up and we talked price. I made him an offer and he said he would do everything he could to get me in that car. He couldn't get me the price I wanted that day but would keep working on it. After some more correspondence a few days later I got the price I had requested. We did this all online and by phone. AND, to SEAL THE DEAL Tyrone agreed to deliver the new Yaris to my front door. Our salesman Corry Morris was very professional and patient. We had narrowed our search to 3 different cars based on personal needs - Escape, CRV and RAV4. My wife has severe back issues and has difficulty sitting and needs very specific things in order to be comfortable. Corey was very knowledgable about all three of those cars and showed us cars that met my wife's needs. He did not try to steer us towards a car that did not.
