The dealership is a nice place and they had what I wanted in stock but not the color. Wanted an extra 2,500 to get a car that was already on the way to hold it for me. The finance guy pushed the paperwork th in stock but not the color. Wanted an extra 2,500 to get a car that was already on the way to hold it for me. The finance guy pushed the paperwork thru very fast and then put it all on a flash drive for me to review when I got home. Problem is nothing was on the flash drive. I called and left messages but no reply until late the next day. The guy was off Friday so someone could have called me and just let me know. I know what I was supposed to pay for the car, but I don't know if that is what is on the finance papers. I had to take my dad to the hospital so they push it thru really fast and skipped the part where they had the details of the prices. The sales guy was very polite and worked to get things rolling quickly. What they offered on the on-line offer was bogus however and the car was several thousand higher than what the offer was on the online offer. More

Agreeing on the brand new vehicle price was fine. The Oxmoor staff doing the the paper work at the time of picking up the vehicle for a CASH no-trade deal, however, made several serious mistakes in The Oxmoor staff doing the the paper work at the time of picking up the vehicle for a CASH no-trade deal, however, made several serious mistakes in the cash amount agreed upon, transferring tags, and registration issues the we, the purchasers, had to catch and point out. Most of these issues were eventually corrected but not all. Had we not caught the mistakes, our cost would have been hundreds of dollars more and the getting vehicle registration took almost 60 days and was still not correct. We, as buyers, should have been paid the assessed paper work fees which were also hundreds of dollars. More
