Pacific BMW - Service Center

I had an appointment yesterday, and my husband and I waited so long for a technician to even speak to us. I know things are not quite the same now because of Covid, and we all have to be more understan waited so long for a technician to even speak to us. I know things are not quite the same now because of Covid, and we all have to be more understanding, which we are, but when I received my car after the service was completed, including the purchase of a brand new tire, the tire or rim was full of white greasy gunk. We were told the car wash was out of service, but that is no excuse for whoever is servicing the vehicle to leave it and present it to the customer in such a disgusting and sloppy manner. More

Check-in process was easy except that it took a while because car in front died and held everything up. Appreciated the use of a loaner vehicle. Impressed by video follow up by Marco. service advisor and service manager are great, but the problem could have and should have been resolved the first time the vehicle was there, all the tech had to do was take it for a test drive.
