The gentlemen who got me started was very helpful and communicated the process very well. Things started off positive, but after over 3 hours of waiting for the oil change to conclude, I had to initiate communicated the process very well. Things started off positive, but after over 3 hours of waiting for the oil change to conclude, I had to initiate contact with the service team to inquire about the status of my car. It seems like the communication broke down somewhere in the process because I was told the service had been completed. I then had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes for the carwash. I'd come back in for another try in the future, but currently, I would not feel comfortable recommending this service center. The team was personable and pleasant, but communication (particularly at the end of the process) is very important and I left feeling a bit disappointed with the experience. More

This was my car's first service. Check in was smooth, on time, and very polite. They were nice enough to arrange a ride for me over to the Americana on Brand so I wouldn't have to Check in was smooth, on time, and very polite. Simple oil change took 3 hours to complete, and I had the first appointment time available. There was a piece of trash left in between the center console and the driver seat.
