On Dec. 28, 2020 at 7:50am the car gave me a huge comment said Drive train mal function. I just sent my car in June 2020 and Nov 2020. as Gilbert told me for past few years that I had so much services going said Drive train mal function. But patiently I kept it for the faith its BMW but in this kind of experiences its really bad and poor brand . It so Bad for the timing chain guide needs to be replaced or repair and Mr. Galo told me the estimated amount for the work job is at least $5000.00. So i dont have that money thus my car is 328i 2013 is out of commision. I asked my triple AAA Dec. 28, 2020 to tow my car from Brand dealership to my house in North Hollywood. It's a bad for the parts of this brand is so expensive. I shuold buy Japanese car than BMW. More

They kept me waiting for a very long time to drop off the car (over 30 mins). Loaner car had a charger defect so i was not able to charge my phone. They had a system where you could send ID, CC, and insuranc car (over 30 mins). Loaner car had a charger defect so i was not able to charge my phone. They had a system where you could send ID, CC, and insurance info through a portal before you check in physically to save time but they let me know after 15 munutes of waiting that the system had issues so they made me go through the whole process again and made me wait up to 45 minutes. Didn’t take too long to get checked in. Estimated time was 2.5-3 hours but car was finished in about 1 hour. Amazing .
