Terrible service ever. No words to describe. Waist of time. They make customers wait forever. Service was ok except for the fact that I wanted windshield wiper blades replaced because they were smearing. They were replaced in January but did not hold up and needing replacement. Rep checked with her service manager and he refused to do it. Very disappointing since we purchased the added service plan that covers this. I was told replacement only once a year. Not acceptable. Will consider other brands because BMW is nickeling and diming customers More

Overall service is exceptional. I love that the technician working on your car send you a video of what was worked on. The only issue is that check in takes such a long time.
