Pacific BMW - Service Center

Been going to this dealership for 3 years and its amazing but the last service i got was not satisfying. Did an oil change. My car was inspected and they sent me a video for me to check, some recommendations but the last service i got was not satisfying. Did an oil change. My car was inspected and they sent me a video for me to check, some recommendations was told by the inspector and said that that my advisor will give me estimates and I am expecting that when i pick my car my advisors(Narek) will give me some explanation and estimates. Nothing was told and just told me that I already paid and good to go and he handed me my key. And then I asked about the leak in my oil gasket and i told him that it was repaired last october under my warranty, but he told me that a 10k mileage make a difference and now i need to repair it without the warranty, sounds mean to me and i just left without getting anything from him! that sums up my last visit from pacificbmw. More

Communication was poor. I had to ask 3 times to get my wiper blades changed. Didn’t get returned calls. Also When I first called was just told to come in, no information taken. Then had to come back bec wiper blades changed. Didn’t get returned calls. Also When I first called was just told to come in, no information taken. Thorough, outstanding service work! A big shout-out to my SA Narek Petrosian and my Tech Paul Bederian. They were able to diagnose and find the source of the nagging problem with my 201 A big shout-out to my SA Narek Petrosian and my Tech Paul Bederian. They were able to diagnose and find the source of the nagging problem with my 2016 X3's radio reception. I had been to other BMW dealerships who could not find any issues and told me to "live with it" -- but Narek and Paul went the extra mile to fix the problem and prove that I wasn't crazy about this after all. Pacific BMW Service will be my go to place from this point forward. No one else compares to their careful level of service and customer engagement! More
