As always the service team is stellar at pacific BMW but this time in the midst of a global pandemic the management was lacking in instructing the team on proper hygiene. None of the team were Wearing masks only one or two were wearing gloves. When the passed me over to a loaner car it hadn’t been cleaned on the interior from the last guest who even left a half drunken cup of coffee in the loaner car. They are not taking this situation seriously and I’m concerned for the health and safety of the workers and guests at pacific BMW. More

Everyone was very nice but I asked to have a creak in my front door checked. They said nothing was wrong. When I arrive the creak was still there. I let my customer rep hear it. He had to take the car back front door checked. They said nothing was wrong. When I arrive the creak was still there. I let my customer rep hear it. Great customer service. But my car appears to have a chronic issue and the techs can’t seem to figure it out unless they get an error message on my car. They keep saying my high idle is due to low octan chronic issue and the techs can’t seem to figure it out unless they get an error message on my car. They keep saying my high idle is due to low octane gas. I only use premium which is 91 in California. So the reports are incorrect. But service advisor and overall customer service is great. More
