I had an appointment at 1:45pm, and showed up a little early at 1:35pm. I waited until 2:10pm until someone helped me. I was just sitting in my car until I flagged someone down. Same thing happens when I pick up the car, I seemingly have to wait 30 minutes just for it to be brought downstairs. I know the facility is busy, but it always feels like I'm wasting a lot of my time waiting. More
