My name is Dr. LAWERENCE COHEN. I have had at least 10 BMWs which I have leased or purchased from Pacific BMW over the last 15 to 20 years and longer. Waiting without communication I'll start with the actual work on my car is always good. It always comes back to me clean, working well, etc. The problem is all the waiting. I had an appointment at 1:45pm, and showed up a little early at 1:35pm. I waited until 2:10pm until someone helped me. I was just sitting in my car until I flagged someone down. Same thing happens when I pick up the car, I seemingly have to wait 30 minutes just for it to be brought downstairs. I know the facility is busy, but it always feels like I'm wasting a lot of my time waiting. More
