A disappointing inconvenience Manny was excellent, but he did inform us that no brake work needed to be done. The technician on my previous service neglected to reset the sensor. Lacking I had an 8 AM service appointment and I was on time. It took my service tech 28 minutes to even address me as I sat in my car, waiting. If you are running late or not ready, maybe come greet me and ask me to wait in the lounge, or tell me you are running late. Furthermore, one of the reasons I make an appointment is because I have to get to work, It should not take 30 minutes just to be addressed. More
