I dread bringing my car here I always dread dealing with BMW service department. Whether it's having to wait 45 minutes to get attention when I drive in or not getting responses t I always dread dealing with BMW service department. Whether it's having to wait 45 minutes to get attention when I drive in or not getting responses through the text system, it's always a pain in the xxx. This time I was told that I'd be notified by the afternoon about updates on my car and heard nothing, even after asking what was happening. Then I asked again the next day and got no response. I got an email saying it was ready before my rep, Amie, responded to me. When I got in, I just dealt with someone else because Amie was busy and didn't even say "hi, be with you in a second." More
