Unprofessional I drive a brand new 7 series and the way I was treated was disgusting. The representative Marco is terrible, he arrived 5 mins late to our scheduled a I drive a brand new 7 series and the way I was treated was disgusting. The representative Marco is terrible, he arrived 5 mins late to our scheduled appointment and was very lazy with everything. I told him when I got there the ac coolant and battery needs charge which I reiterated numerous times but that didn’t stop him from leaving it out on the repair invoices until I noticed it wasn’t included and he hand wrote it in and made me initial. I drive a $93,000 dollar car this was the worst customer service and biggest xxxxxxxx I’ve ever dealt within my life. I would not recommmend Marco to anyone. Unless they want to sit there in silence with a guy who doesn’t give a xxxx about anything and provides half xxx service. He was so lazy to the point where he almost let me walk out the place without calling me an Uber as well. when someone is paying that much for a car make sure they are xxxxing taking care of and not given some employee who’s depressed with there life and to lazy to do his job. More
