I was received by the team, dropped my car off and my car was serviced- they were super professional, super attentive took care of everything (including my key fob battery), gave great service, the kind of experience you expect from BMW. Even after my service I had questions - I reached out to Remi Carretero, with a few questions post service he promptly answered! . I had previously visited a different BMW service center and showroom and those folks could learn lot on our customer service and customer care from Pacific BMW. More

Neglectful This was my first time coming to Pacific for service. Since this is where I bought my latest F30, I was hoping this would be my new go-to dealership. This was my first time coming to Pacific for service. Since this is where I bought my latest F30, I was hoping this would be my new go-to dealership. Especially since I had a great experience with my salesman Robert quickly getting me that rare spec'd F30 before someone else did. However this wasn't the case, I will not be coming back to Pacific. An issue I encounter everywhere I go is not getting the same treatment as others because of my young age. But a place like a dealership where I'm already a paying customer, that is unacceptable. I would ask people questions and get a short, rushed, unhelpful answer. I would then see them get asked questions by other customers and I'd see them put on their "anything-for-the-customer" act. Infuriating. Even IF it wasn't because of my age, the treatment was unacceptable. Nobody was helpful, I didn't get the loaner I was told I'd get per request (wanted an X3 because I'm interested in purchasing an X5), and I was left waiting around multiple times with no update. The worst part was my interaction with my assigned service advisor Amie. When she finally came up to me outside by my car she didn't even invite me into her office or introduce herself. I had to ask who she was since she was out of the office when I dropped my car off. She handed me papers and said "You're all set!". EVEN THOUGH I had received an email from the techs with a video saying they found two of my tires had nails in them. That alone is ridiculous. If I wasn't a car enthusiast capable of sourcing my own tires and having them installed she would have sent off a customer with continued TPMS issues (at drop-off I mentioned two corners would read low after a while and that I wanted them to see what it was). I didn't mention it because at that point there was no way I was contributing to her commission. Was she shoo'ing me off because of my age? Because she had an Alpina customer waiting? I don't know. Should ANYONE receive service that sloppy and negligent? No. What upsets me the most is that I'm not only a huge car enthusiast, but I'm a die hard BMW fan. I own three BMWs; an E30, an E36, and my F30. I love each one and never intend on selling any of them. Between my family and my fiance's family I have convinced SIX people to switch to buying BMWs. So to be an AVID lover and supporter of the brand, and to come to a dealership and get treated so much poorer compared to people who are only here because Pacific had a good deal on a lease is incredibly frustrating and discouraging. In reality I'm not asking for much. I'm asking for basic service. Be friendly while you're doing my paperwork, apologize for not having the loaner I was told I'd get after requesting it in advance multiple times, actually KNOW whats going on with my car, sit me down in your office and let me know what was done while it was there (WITHOUT ME HAVING TO ASK). Simple, basic, reasonable requests. I will not be coming back to Pacific for service, I will not be recommending Pacific to family and friends, and neither myself or anyone from my family will be buying our future cars from here. More
First Class service and knowledgeable folks. I went in for several recalls and got a loner car. Everything was ready to go when I got there.
