This is not the first time, either. Every time I bring my car for service I’m forced to wait as long as 30 after payment is made and paperwork is done. Lots of employees around but so sense of urgency. Why does it take so long? More
oil change took 3.5 hours and they did not wash my car I recently brought my 2018 X6 with 9K miles on it in for an oil change. I asked how long it would take when I dropped it and the service guy said 2-3 I recently brought my 2018 X6 with 9K miles on it in for an oil change. I asked how long it would take when I dropped it and the service guy said 2-3 hours because the guys are going to lunch. I was surprised it was going to take so long for such a basic service on a brand new car. I told him if it was a matter of getting it back faster (like and hour, hour and a half) that he didn't have to have them wash it. It took 3 hours before they called me to tell me my car was ready. I waited another half an hour for someone to get the car and bring it to me. The service guy ha to be told twice to go get it. When they brought it down the car was not even washed. I expected since the oil change actually took longer than the estimated time that they would have at least followed through and washed the car. I will never return to Pacific BMW for service. More

Long wait to pick up the car, standing outside, not in the waiting room, as it is more convenient for them to process customers. Car was not washed. Problem not fixed. Had to reprogram all my devices due to wrong process by them. Second visit for the same issue! Had to reach out to service manager with follow-up calls to locate him, they could not reproduce to problem, so nothing was fixed. No thought given as to why would I bring in the car if there was no issue, and customer being right does not come into the picture. My "service adviser" did not meet with me when picking up the car. I was differed to a trainee... Overall my car was kept for 6 days, with two service visits, and no resolution. My problem still exists. This is my first BMW, and I thought I would become a loyal bran follower. But after this, I will be back to considering other brands when my list ends in 6 months. More

From beginning to the end, he was very thorough and trasparent about the repair process and found a warranty for me that saved me over a grand of repair cost. He was respectful and explained every question I had regarding the vehicle. Other staff members were also very helpful and kind. Highly recommend this branch and definitely look for Manny when you come here. More
