Came in for a recall on my 16 year old 3 series. The service staff was professional and took care of my car even though I brought it not starting and with no power. My service adviser Benjamin and the service staff were excellent in making me feel comfortable about bringing my car there. Everyone is friendly and has good energy. The service team even pushed my car in the service bay bc it had no power when it was towed in and didn’t seem bothered one bit. I dropped my car and was called a week later that it was finished. No annoying calls and wasting my time. I felt like I was in a professional place.
