We've bought three cars from this dealership and the service department always gives us a headache every time we bring in a car for a problem. Very poor communication. Was not able to speak with the technician working on the car. It cost me $250 to learn that Pacific BMW thinks I’m an ATM. I did learn that this will be the last BMW I will ever own. I now need to find a good used EV that I can buy for my daughter. No way I will give her this i3 since it still won’t fast charge.
