My X52020 started squeak 1. 5 years ago. When I first came with this problem to Pacific BMW, supervisor said, it's ok, this sounds is normal. So every month car had squeak mor 5 years ago. When I first came with this problem to Pacific BMW, supervisor said, it's ok, this sounds is normal. So every month car had squeak more a more, and every time when I came to Pacific BMW service center, they took my car, and checked everything and said that it's ok, problem solved. After 10min driving from service the car became squeak more and more. I requested many times just change the braking pads, they said No everything is fine, and it's not necessary ( I paid for insurance which covers this ) So I went to another BMW service center, and they fixed everything in hours and they said that I my car needed replace braking pads when the first squeak happened I never ask for service in Pacific BMW and I'm no recommending this service. Don't spend your time visiting them. More
