Linda was very helpful from the very start. Texts along the way were appreciated. Vanessa was great also. The work was done much more quickly than I expected. He was unfriendly and only said these three things: what is your phone number, and sign here for two separate signatures. That was it. Never even looked up. No greeting and no thank you or have a nice day. Very cold. The rest of my experience at Pacific BMW was superb. More
