Submitted all the information they needed for the loaner ahead of time. By the time I got to the dealer, I dropped-off my vehicle for service and waited less than 5 minutes to sign the paperwork and get my ahead of time. My vehicle was ready for pick-up in less than 4 hours so the drop-off was very smooth.
