I took my x3 for a tire puncture. To my surprise, the greeter told me the only way to assist me was with an appointment?? For a tire puncture? I ended up getting the the tire replaced thanks to the help greeter told me the only way to assist me was with an appointment?? For a tire puncture? As a repeat and originating customer, I don’t like being told I can’t have the same price for break pads that I paid $440 for last time they needed replacement. Instead I was told that prices are higher for everything now and that the best they could do was $520. I ended up paying $460 which was fine. The point is, don’t use scare tactics and the excuse that everything is getting more expensive because that is BS. I bought the car from this dealership and only take my car here for service, so a little respect to my loyalty would be appreciated. More
