Everything is fine and dandy except waiting time.If I am making an appointment for a specific time then a simple oil and filter service should not take 2 t0 3 hours! Better & honest service, the service technician had me take my car to my original dealership instead of fixing the problem. My car was under warranty from the previous visit. Also sent me a maintenance vi take my car to my original dealership instead of fixing the problem. My car was under warranty from the previous visit.
