Easy drop off for service and good communication through text. However, dealer texted me that car was ready for pickup and when I went there they told me to wait an additional 20 min so they could wash the text. So far so good. Not entirely clear on what happened with my car but the fix, although significant, seems to be related to a recall or expected issue. Vanessa is always communicating with me the status of my vehicle. Work is performed in a timely manner. I enjoy leaving my vehicle with her and taking a loaner while work is performed. Service has already been good in the past, but this time I couldn’t get any feedback from my service tech. I texted him and called repeatedly to be told “oh we think your car is ready we’ll call you back,” I couldn’t get any feedback from my service tech. I call back multiple times to find out if I can get my car and after waiting on hold for thirty minutes, I was told it was ready- 30 minutes before closing. It was pretty frustrating. My service tech, Galo Mora was completely unresponsive all day. More
